The applicant must have experience in bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, QuickBooks and month-end close.
DUTIES INCLUDE – BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Bank reconciliations
- General Ledger Data Entry
- Payroll Processing
- Payroll Tax Deposits
- Quarterly Filing
BASIC REQUIREMENTS/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in general accounting and office duties.
- QuickBooks experience a must.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) experience and working knowledge a must.
- Detail-oriented individual who can work at a fast pace and complete assignments by deadline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- General computer knowledge.
